Repair Service

Products or components subject to wear, intensive use, or handling from their first use are excluded from the warranty policy previously outlined. This category includes, but is not limited to, replica weapons, batteries, battery chargers, consumables, ammunition, and internal parts, in which case Combat Zone Tactical reserves the right to verify and determine whether the defect is attributable to a manufacturing fault.

Combat Zone Tactical may, at its sole discretion, replace individual parts or the entire unit during the repair process. The classification of the fault, and whether or not it is covered under warranty, shall be determined exclusively by Combat Zone Tactical. All repairs must be authorized in advance by Combat Zone Tactical.

The cost and risk of shipping defective products to Combat Zone Tactical shall be borne by the customer. The repaired product will be returned under the following conditions: postage paid if the product is under warranty, and postage due if the product is out of warranty or is to be delivered outside mainland Spain. Replacement of the product, components, or parts by Combat Zone Tactical's technical service shall not renew or extend the original warranty period, nor shall it constitute the beginning of a new warranty term with respect to the replaced items.

Conditions of Use:

The customer shall use the merchandise in accordance with the user manual and manufacturer's instructions. Combat Zone Tactical shall not be held liable for any damage or injury suffered by the customer or any third party resulting from the failure to comply with the instructions set out in the user manual or applicable safety regulations for the product.
