Introduction
The general terms and conditions of sale set forth below (hereinafter, the "General Conditions") govern the contractual relationship between any user of the website combatzonetactical.com (hereinafter, the "User") and the commercial entity Tubalu International Trading, S.L.
These General Conditions are the only ones applicable and supersede any other general conditions, except in the case of prior, express, and written cancellation. combatzonetactical.com may occasionally modify the provisions of these General Conditions; therefore, it is advisable that the User review them on each visit to the website combatzonetactical.com (hereinafter, the "Portal"). Such modifications shall take effect upon their publication online and shall not apply retroactively to contracts previously concluded. Each purchase made through the Portal shall be governed by the General Conditions in force on the date of the corresponding order. By placing an order, the User accepts, without reservation, these General Conditions after having read them.
By accessing the Portal, the User undertakes to comply with both the General Conditions and the Terms of Use stipulated therein.
Placing an Order
Orders must be placed through the combatzonetactical.com website, after registering as a customer.
Product Information
combatzonetactical.com takes great care to provide accurate information on the essential characteristics of its products, based on technical descriptions provided by its partner companies and manufacturers, and through illustrative photographs. All such information is provided within the technical limits and according to the best standards of the market.
Prices
The sale prices listed on the Portal are expressed in euros. These prices do not include VAT or shipping costs. Shipping fees are borne by the User and are added to the total purchase amount once the order is placed. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location. For more details, refer to the "Payment and Shipping Methods" section.
Availability and Delivery Times
Orders paid via bank transfer will be delivered within 48 hours following confirmation of the transfer.
For orders paid by cash on delivery, the shipment will be made within 48 hours after verification of the customer's data
For other orders, the User will be informed of the delivery time—no longer than 15 days—once payment has been confirmed. If for any reason the delivery period cannot be met, the customer will be notified and may exercise their right of revocation. combatzonetactical.com will refund the purchase amount via credit card reimbursement, bank transfer to the account provided by the customer, or credit to their user account.
Shipping Method
Products purchased on combatzonetactical.com will be shipped to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. combatzonetactical.com does not ship bladed weapons or firearm replicas to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
The order will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase or the one updated during the order confirmation process.
If the customer requests a subsequent change to the delivery address, this may incur additional charges.
Orders will be delivered by a private courier service. An invoice or delivery note including order and customer identification details will be provided. If the customer observes any discrepancies or visible damage upon receipt, they must record such issues on the carrier's delivery note and notify combatzonetactical.com within 24 hours via the customer service contact published on the website.
combatzonetactical.com will endeavor to comply with the delivery deadlines published on the Portal. However, it shall not be held liable for delays or loss of shipments caused by third parties not involved in the transportation agreement, by the customer, or by unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.
If a package is not received within the indicated period, an investigation will be initiated with the carrier, which may take up to fourteen (14) business days. No reshipment or refund shall be processed during this period.
Tax Exemption
Tax exemptions may be available for customers residing outside the European Community. To apply, customers must submit a copy of the invoice and proof of foreign residence after receiving the package.
Secure Payment
combatzonetactical.com offers two payment methods: bank transfer and cash on delivery.
Right of Withdrawal - Satisfaction Guarantee
The customer shall have 7 business days from the receipt of the order to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased product. The customer must notify combatzonetactical.com within the aforementioned period, through any legally accepted means, of their intention to exercise this right. combatzonetactical.com will reimburse the purchase amount using the same payment method used by the customer.
If the return is due to a defective product, combatzonetactical.com shall also bear the cost of the exchange.
If an incorrect product is delivered due to an error by combatzonetactical.com, the correct item will be sent at no additional cost to the buyer.
For any incident related to returns, the customer may contact the Customer Service Department.
Returns
The customer may return products within 7 business days from receipt.
Only returns of products sent in their original packaging, in new and complete condition (including accessories, manuals, cables, etc.), will be accepted. Items returned incomplete, damaged, or dirty will not be accepted.
