Warranty and return policy
At Combat Zone Tactical, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a two-year warranty and a 14-day return policy on all products. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues with your product, we have established a straightforward and hassle-free warranty and return policy for your peace of mind.
In the event of non-conformity of the product specifications with those indicated by the manufacturer, or in case of claims due to apparent defects in materials or workmanship, quality, quantity, or other aspects, the customer must notify us in writing by contacting info@combatzone.es within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods. After this period, the customer shall forfeit any right to claim for lack of conformity or quantity, and the goods shall be deemed accepted in full conformity. In case of a return within the aforementioned timeframe, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Combat Zone Tactical will determine whether to accept the return of the merchandise after verifying its condition. If accepted, a store credit will be issued in favor of the customer for the amount of the return, to be used for future purchases. Additional costs such as shipping fees will not be reimbursed. If the return involves collection of the item from the customer's address, the direct cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer in accordance with the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGCU). If the return is not accepted, Combat Zone Tactical will inform the customer of the reasons for the denial, and the customer shall be responsible for covering the shipping costs within a maximum of 30 days in order to retrieve the goods.
If the product is returned within the indicated timeframe and is found to be defective, the customer may choose either replacement with a new item—in which case Combat Zone Tactical will cover the shipping costs of the new product—or a refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs or payment method surcharges.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been used, modified, or altered from their original factory condition, nor for items that have been specially ordered at the explicit request of the customer and are not part of our regular stock.
Under no circumstances will returns be accepted for products that have been used, tested, or handled in a way that causes immediate wear and tear, such as replica weapons, batteries, chargers, spare parts, ammunition, or any other item showing signs of use.
