Shipping methods:

We will proceed to ship once we have received the bank transfer receipt. For orders placed or paid after 14:00 Spanish time, we do not guarantee that the goods will leave our warehouse on the working day, and we will ship the next working day.

We ship orders within 48 hours after receiving payment, using carriers such as UPS or RHENUS. No matter which shipping method you select, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow your order online.

Shipping fees include both handling and packaging, as well as the delivery cost. While handling fees are fix, shipping rates may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We suggest combining all your items into a single order whenever possible. Although we can't take responsibility for any damage that may occur during transit, we take great care to pack and protect all fragile items.
